Responsibilities:


In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders on new and existing initiatives that support and enable employee onboarding, experience/engagement, wellbeing, recognition, rewards, performance and capability development.


For example:

  • Improve the onboarding and staff induction experience.
  • Manage programs to improve staff engagement to support and sustainably build the desired organisational culture.
  • Collect and analyse feedback ensuring Anglicare's workforce capability plans continue to meet organisational needs.
  • Assist with competency frameworks and capability mapping.
  • Contribute to effective job design by developing evidencebased systems and processes that support career roadmaps and succession planning.
  • Assist with the promotion of the performance development and review program including performance checkins and goal setting.

About You;

  • Experience in leading (in a smaller organisation) or supporting the design and/or delivery of largescale talent, performance, capability and engagement initiatives in a larger complex organisation
  • 3 years organisational development experience or HR business partnering experience
  • Relevant qualifications in (organisational) psychology, organisational development, human resources or similar
  • Proven ability to maintain a growth mindset, acknowledge criticism, encourage critical thinking and gather feedback when faced with ambiguity and/or a need for change
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Ability to produce high quality work which contains data analysis, along with relevant, impactful and realistic recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, set priorities, manage multiple projects, and plan for competing deadlines.
  • An understanding of the Healthcare / Aged Care / Community Services industry and changing environments is desirable.
