Your Purpose:

This critical role contributes to Shannons financial growth and profitability through high value customer portfolio management, onsite event support and co-ordination, and completion of vehicle valuations.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for end to end management of portfolio of high value and influential insurance customers, achieving growth and profitability objectives and supporting with unique needs by connecting across the insurance value chain
  • Implementing and delivering relationship management initiatives to drive strong retention and NPS outcomes
  • Oversee and maintain showroom functionality and contents
  • Oversee and maintain showroom vehicle condition and presentation
  • Manages face to face and written customer enquiries.

What you will bring:

  • Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Extensive knowledge of motor vehicles and values
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills
