**About the role**:

- As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the yachting industry
- You will resolve issues and provide a high level of support to clients by responding to enquiries via live chat, telephone, and other contact channels
- You will deliver successful product demonstrations and onboard new customers
- If you identify any gaps in the product that could provide extra value to customers, you will be heard and have the opportunity to help improve the company’s processes and services
- You will also have the opportunity to attend international yachting events throughout the year where you can network with new and existing new clients

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience as Customer Service Executive, Customer Support Advisor, or Account Manager role, or similar, is essential
- You will need to be confident and competent in looking after a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- You should have good analytical skills and be able to provide recommendations to customers
- Any additional experience or knowledge of financial services (specifically FinTech or Private Banking), technology (mobile apps) and/or the yachting industry would be advantageous
- An understanding of KYC/KYB and AML would also be advantageous.

**Other important information**:
Location: Fully remote from home, anywhere in Australia

Hours: Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, however there could be some flexibility

**This role would be ideal for**:
