About the opportunity:
We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Home Based Care Program.
As Team Leader, you will provide leadership, supervision and support to Case Managers and Carer Recruitment and Support Workers within our Foster Care, Residential Case Management and Adolescent Support Programs.
The role work closely with the Home Based Care Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of high quality, consumer-centric services.
The programs deliver case management services to vulnerable children, young people who reside in foster care, residential care or are engaged with our Adolescent Support Program.

About you:
You will also have:
- Previous supervisory experience within the child, youth and family welfare sector
- Sound knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to the child, youth and family, and out of home care sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships and foster a positive team culture
- The ability to thrive in a busy work environment being flexible in prioritising your workload to suit the needs of the program
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
