Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
A tertiary qualification in disability services, management, aged, special education or health services or related field (highly desirable)

Experience working in the Disability sector and managing a teamHighly resilient and can lead and deliver outcomes in an ambiguous and changing environmentStrong interpersonal skills and experience in partnering with a variety of stakeholdersCollaborative decision maker with strong customer focusIntermediate computer skills (ie:
using Microsoft Outlook, documentation in a client management tool/CRM, Carelink +).
