- Business Growth: Drive change and company initiatives to achieve business objectives, and ensure all staff fully understand their role and how their performance is measured.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all staff adhere to safe work practices and HSE compliance, and identify potential hazards and risks associated with the business.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are implemented, and make positive steps to understand the nature of the operations on the site.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in the vehicle rental industry, with a strong background in staff management and operational leadership.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, people management skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Effective usage of interpersonal skills, communication style, and the ability to coach staff in selling to provide exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Highly developed ability to solve problems, negotiate, handle conflict, and facilitate resolution.
- Education: Current Full Driver's Licence and the ability to work in Australia.
