Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in the vehicle rental industry, with a strong background in staff management and operational leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, people management skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Effective usage of interpersonal skills, communication style, and the ability to coach staff in selling to provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Highly developed ability to solve problems, negotiate, handle conflict, and facilitate resolution.
  • Education: Current Full Driver's Licence and the ability to work in Australia.
