About the Role

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including financial and human resources, planning, and commissioning of complex projects.
  • Ensure project data is up to date in systems like SAP, and report on key programs and projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in service provision.
  • Support Unit Managers in creating and improving built environments.
  • Prepare reports and submissions for key stakeholders and provide guidance to unit staff.

The Senior Project Coordinator reports to the Manager, Portfolio Delivery in Brisbane CBD, with occasional travel required.

About You:

  • Make informed decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high governance and risk management standards.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure is beneficial, and a valid driver's license is essential.
