About the role:


The purpose of the Customer Master Data Administrator is to be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the customer master data inside VRP & JDE, contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support during the onboarding of the customer, as well as ensuring any changes to master data are performed in a tightly controlled manner.


  • Ensure sales force, VRP & JDE database integrity by effectively managing quality control.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the endtoend processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
  • Support administration managers and supervisors to drive change through the business with the use of technology solutions and training.
  • Ensure the customer master data reflects accurately the customer's needs and requirements.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Set up and activate new customer accounts with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in the training of customer service and sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance to master data templates.

About you:

  • Previous experience involving master data management in an ERP environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Salesforce (preferred)/CRM experience or knowledge.
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite of products.
  • Sound knowledge of VRP &/or JDE.
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
