At Professional Search Group, we are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and invoicing tasks, answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general office administrative duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and invoicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist with general office administrative duties as needed, supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and invoicing, with a strong understanding of accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
