This is a critical role for our business, and you will be responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to the Woolworth's and Coles' account teams.
As a key member you will have the opportunity to learn best practises in account management in a supportive, results driven environment.
The role location is flexible, working from either Melbourne or Sydney
About the role
- Support the implementation of our customer strategic plan that delivers our annual operating commitment on Volume, Net Sales, Trade Investment and Gross Profit.
- Support the account team through the monthly IBP cycle by delivering timely communication on forecast, performance, risks and opps and key activations.
- Maintain internal TPM sales planning tool and retailer's portal with promotional programs, price changes and forecast updates (instore and online).
- Liaise cross functionally and with retailer's teams & key customer service staff (ISP) to ensure collaborative forecasting and acceptable service levels are achieved with Woolworths/ Coles.
About you
- 12 years' experience in FMCG sales, category or marketing preferable.
- Degree Qualifications in Business, Marketing or E-Comm
- Results driven with strong analytical and commercial skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
