What you need to have:

  • Analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Project and time management skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong team working ability in order to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly regarded: business strategy, organisation design, workforce planning, HR, M&A, data analytics or change management
