As a senior member of the People and Organisation team you will have the breadth of strategic knowledge and the hands-on implementation experience to help our client through critical transformation programs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead clientfacing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients across the areas of talent development, workforce design and architecture and workforce analytics
  • Act as the 'goto' advisor on issues related to organisation and workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, organisation restructuring and talent planning and provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance
  • Monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides
  • Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the project, managing risks to the successful outcome including dependencies and the interfaces between projects
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
  • Ensure that delivery is at the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan
  • Manage the project's budget, monitoring actual expenditure and costs against implemented solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 + years' relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas:
  • Talent Management
  • Performance Management
  • Workforce Planning
  • HR Analytics
  • Organisational Design
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, accounting, law, business, finance, psychology or similar
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives with expertise of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and representational skills, with demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and large organisations
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organisational hierarchy
  • Excellent time and people management capabilities
