The Exciting Role
Under the guidance of the National Commercial Manager, you'll work alongside a team of committed Commercial BDMs, tasked with driving substantial business growth and enhancing market share within the SA Commercial Customers segment assigned to your jurisdiction. By harnessing the power of B2B digital tools, you'll be instrumental in establishing and nurturing commercial relationships to boost sales and operational efficiency.
As a Repco Commercial BDM, your duties will involve:
- Effectively managing the territory in alignment with Repco's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating closely with key internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the objectives of the strategic business blueprint
- Taking charge of a designated customer territory, utilizing our CRM system to optimize business prospects and sales expansion
- Owning the responsibility for regular travel within SA
- Participating in Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training sessions as needed
Is This Role Right for You?
To be eligible for this position, your background should indicate:
- Preferably, prior experience in Business Development Management within any of the following sectors:
- Automotive
- Industrial
- Local Government
- Transport
- Commercial Hire
- A track record of success in areas such as sales performance, nurturing customer relations, and effective territory management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation, decision influencing, outcomes facilitation, and result achievement
- Demonstrated business insight and numerical proficiency
- Proven capability in managing work priorities and duties
- An outgoing personality with a constructive and driven attitude, thriving in a dynamic work environment and remaining composed under pressure
