What you'll do:
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Be adaptable and enjoy a fast paced business where no two days are the same
- Foster an amazing culture with your store team
- Report to the Area Manager and identify areas of improvement
- Drive store sales and meet KPIs
- Support your your team & guide
- Ensure operational excellence
- General store maintenance
- Tuesday - Saturday Roster
What do you need:
- 1-2 years retail management experience (Footwear experience is a bonus)
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Ambition and a want for career progression
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Has the ability to create a positive team environment
- The ability to achieve amazing results
