About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a big box or large format volume retailer
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and P&Ls
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to empower and mentor team members
  • Performance management experience and ability to develop and implement development plans
  • High volume stock management skills and ability to manage inventory effectively
