You will be working within an award-winning multi-asset broker, where you will work to empower clients with the technology, resources, and knowledge they need to trade the global financial markets.


What will my day to day look like?


Within this role, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Sales where you will Identify, develop, build, manage and deliver sales targets through the management of client relationships, both with new and existing clients.

Further, you will perform generation of new sales leads, and maintain relationships with new and existing contacts to drive revenues and profits within the guidelines set by the company.


Daily duties will include the following:

  • Calling out leads and convert them into live trading accounts.
  • Focus on hunting for new retail clients on various channels.
  • Build and maintain rapport with existing clients and identify any further sales opportunities.
  • Preparing periodic business reports.
  • Managing online communications with clients through various social media channels.
  • Liaise with internal team to produce best service for clients.

What skills and experience do I need for the role?
You are a proactive and results driven induvial with a strong commercial orientation and awareness. You are self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously whilst under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • You also have:_
  • Minimum 3year experience in Sales, preferably in Financial or similar industry.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Ability to implement new business development strategy.
  • Fantastic work ethic with experience working to and exceeding targets.
  • Strong rapport building skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
