What will my day to day look like?
***Within the role, you will be responsible for assisting the global client base.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting daily checks on card payment gateways and bank accounts
  • Processing customer deposits and withdrawals via card payment gateways and bank transfers
  • Performing periodic payment gateway and bank account reconciliations
  • Performing daily and monthly Client Money reconciliations in accordance with ASIC's Client Money Rules & other applicable client money regulations

What skills and experience will I need?
***You are a Finance/Accounting graduate, passionate about the Financial Markets and the products that the company offers.

You also have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (specifically Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle complex situations and tough decision making
  • The ability to use judgement and critical thinking
  • Ability to be selfmotivated, operate independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills

Even better if you have:
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics etc.)
  • Experience working for a Stockbroking/Financial Markets company
  • RG146 qualification (highly desirable)
