Woods & Co is thrilled to collaborate with a cornerstone of the educational sector in the Campbellfield area, as we embark on a quest to find an exceptional School Manager to oversee daily operations at a premier girls boarding school.
What's in it for you?Amazing salary package - $100,000 + Super Opportunity to make a difference in a fast growing organisation Nationwide company Campbellfield location Flexible working arrangements What do you do?Financial Planning & Management: Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and communicate financial risks.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure smooth end-of-month/year processes, handle payroll, and reconcile accounts.
General Administration:
Liaise with stakeholders, support the principal, and be the school's first point of contact.
Human Resources:
Plan development programs, assist in recruitment, and manage employee relations.
Compliance & Innovation:
Document policies, support OHS standards, and recommend system enhancements.
What you need?Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field is a requirement.3+ years of admin experience Business management experience Experience in the education sector is desirable Must possess a Current Working with Children Check.
Familiarity with Xero is a desirable skill.
