MBS Online, is a functional area within Learning Innovation and has three primary product verticals: award programs, short courses, and custom solutions.
The Opportunity
- An opportunity now exists to join the MBS Online team as Student Success Adviser (SSA) within the Short Course vertical to work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that the student experience is excellent and that our students are supported to be successful in their learning.
- This role is a critical customerfacing appointment and does require some flexibility in work patterns (including some weekend and evening work).

- Some key accountabilities will also include:
- Accountable for student success and managing KPI's with a focus on student engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Together with the Student Success Manager, MBS Online leadership and Whole of School (WoS) program teams, defining the optimal student experience with relation to response time, the effectiveness and nature of responses, as well as the escalation process required
- Support with copy and content regarding learning requirement and engagement, and responsible for sending systematic, electronic communications to participants throughout their learning experience
- Learning management system content support and administration
- Coordinate and manage online workshops, live discussions, and other participant focused learning interventions as part of the learning program
- Manage "at risk" students by careful, deliberate, and consistent scrutiny of learning analytics and other student performance data, and celebrate the success of high achievers
