Woods & Co is excited to team up with a key player in the educational sector in Campbellfield, seeking a top-notch School Manager to oversee operations at a leading girls boarding school.

What do you do?

  • Financial Planning & Management: Work with leadership on budgets, cash flow, and financial risks communication
  • Operational Oversight: Manage end-of-month/year processes, payroll, and accounts reconciliation
  • General Administration: Engage with stakeholders, support the principal, and serve as the primary contact for the school
  • Human Resources: Develop programs, aid in recruitment, and handle employee relations
  • Compliance & Innovation: Create policies, uphold OHS standards, and propose system improvements

What you need?

  • Essential: Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of admin experience
  • Previous business management experience
  • Preferred: Experience in the education sector
  • Current Working with Children Check required
  • Experience in educational settings is a plus
  • Desirable skill: Familiarity with Xero
