About you:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the waste management industry? Join an innovative and growing team as a Business Development Manager in Sydney We have multiple positions available for both Account Managers & BDM's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the waste management or environmental services sector.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the waste management industry, including regulations, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
