What you'll do:

You will support the Culture and Development Lead collaborating with a range of internal customers to co-design and deliver organisational initiatives that contribute to ACH Group along with:

  • Co-design and drive the Reward and Recognition & Wellbeing programs
  • Support ACH Group initiatives that will increase the effectiveness of People Leaders
  • Provide support to the Culture and Development Lead
  • Support rollout of annual Culture Survey and cascaded action plans
  • Support the design and delivery of the ACH Group Way leadership program that is aligned to the competency framework.
  • Contribute to the developing programs and initiatives aimed at building overall organisational capability
  • And much more

You will need:

  • To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
  • Min 1 years experience as a Human Resources generalist or Human Resources administrator/ Advisor
  • Desire and agility to work in a fastpaced, everchanging environment.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with a wide variety of people
  • Time management skills
  • In tune with current people and culture practices and trends
  • Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Flu & up to date COVID19 vaccinations

It would be helpful if you had:

  • A
    CURRENT Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.

This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
