The Role:

As a Survey Administrator, you will be an administrative superstar and be responsible for a quarterly Disability Care Industry Survey

The role with include:

  • Administration of the quarterly survey ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Data cleansing
  • Report distribution
  • Mailout distribution and management
  • Coordinating survey responses
  • Client and participant liaison and providing a high level of customer service

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • A highlevel of interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • An ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills
  • A thorough understanding of office administrative tasks
  • Australian citizenship or residency or legal working entitlements within Australia.
  • Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in data input, scraping and collating information
  • Demonstrated intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
