About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support our Head of People in managing HR admin for our growing hospitality group.

The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative components of the employee lifecycle across all our venues.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation and maintenance of the current and upcoming applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs throughout the organisation, scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
  • Maintain accurate employee profiles and records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Handle HRrelated inquiries from employees and provide support and guidance as needed
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees
  • Help facilitate survey management team performance and satisfaction surveys and mystery diner experiences
  • Assist in building out LMS content and reporting on team performance
  • Support the Head of People in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Managing sociability program for the group

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft
  • Familiarity in HRIS or Employee Management System
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
