Client Care Representative - Central Services

We are searching for a skilled, passionate, and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our Central Services team at our Brisbane Head Office.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. You will be working 19 hours per week spread over 3 days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What will you be responsible for?

You will deliver exceptional service to all our clients, playing a key role in the company's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a large volume of incoming calls
  • Initiating outbound calls to existing clients
  • Managing appointment schedules for our clinicians
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Assisting with client and doctor inquiries
  • Offering basic troubleshooting for hearing devices over the phone and email
  • Responding to voicemails and emails
  • Processing orders

What is required for success in this role?

Given the daily interaction with individuals with hearing impairments, it is crucial to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a great deal of patience. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in a team environment
  • Prior experience in an inbound call center is highly beneficial
  • The ability to perform effectively in a setting with a demanding and diverse workload
  • Demonstrated judgment and advanced administrative skills
  • A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
