The Opportunity:


This is an opportunity to work alongside a talented high performing recruitment team where you will be the go-to person for all matters relating to the eRecruit system.

You will be provided training on eRecruit in addition to being a project coordinator on high level projects.

The Role:


As the Recruitment Project and Systems Coordinator you will deliver a host of support functions for the project administration, eRecruit system training and support, document control in EDRMS and stakeholder liaison with suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating System Project requirements throughout the project lifecycle of the eRecruit enhancement and modernisation
  • Assisting the preparation of data and reporting documentation for the recruitment project and recruitment processes
  • Providing administration and coordination support for system delegations, training and troubleshooting
  • Reviewing and publishing Standard Operating Procedure documents in line with system updates and policy changes
  • Reviewing project documentation and ensure compliance with filing requirements in EDRMS
  • Providing advice and guidance on using the recruitment system for internal and external processes, while complying with relevant legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Supporting the Recruitment Section to prioritise their workload in surge periods, across the Onboarding and Adviser teams

The Ideal Person:


To be successful in this role you will have developed experience delivering corporate services and/or project coordination relative to the Work Level Standards at APS Level 5/6, with experience in APS recruitment or HR being highly regarded but not essential.


You will be confident and have strong stakeholder engagement skills along with a "can do" attitude to deliver deadlines and with a high quality of service and integrity.


You will have high level attention to detail and have the ability to manage your work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

You will be team focussed and be able to meet multiple deadlines.

Salary / Rate:

- $80k - $98k + 15.4% Super or $55/hr - $65/hr + Super

  • 12 month non ongoing, S26 Transfer or Labour Hire Contract
