The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to work alongside a talented high performing recruitment team where you will be the go-to person for all matters relating to the eRecruit system.
The Role:
As the Recruitment Project and Systems Coordinator you will deliver a host of support functions for the project administration, eRecruit system training and support, document control in EDRMS and stakeholder liaison with suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating System Project requirements throughout the project lifecycle of the eRecruit enhancement and modernisation
- Assisting the preparation of data and reporting documentation for the recruitment project and recruitment processes
- Providing administration and coordination support for system delegations, training and troubleshooting
- Reviewing and publishing Standard Operating Procedure documents in line with system updates and policy changes
- Reviewing project documentation and ensure compliance with filing requirements in EDRMS
- Providing advice and guidance on using the recruitment system for internal and external processes, while complying with relevant legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Supporting the Recruitment Section to prioritise their workload in surge periods, across the Onboarding and Adviser teams
The Ideal Person:
To be successful in this role you will have developed experience delivering corporate services and/or project coordination relative to the Work Level Standards at APS Level 5/6, with experience in APS recruitment or HR being highly regarded but not essential.
You will be confident and have strong stakeholder engagement skills along with a "can do" attitude to deliver deadlines and with a high quality of service and integrity.
You will have high level attention to detail and have the ability to manage your work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Salary / Rate:
- $80k - $98k + 15.4% Super or $55/hr - $65/hr + Super
- 12 month non ongoing, S26 Transfer or Labour Hire Contract
