They blend advanced technology with creative ingenuity to deliver impactful digital experiences. Currently, they are on the lookout for a Digital Producer to join their vibrant team and lead the successful execution of projects.

About the Role:

As a Digital Producer, you will play a vital role in the team, reporting to the Technical Lead and closely collaborating with the Head of Technology. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing multimedia and interactive media concepts and projects, managing end-to-end website builds, custom application development, and more. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and timely delivery, serving as the go-to expert for both clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately define digital and software development projects, including requirements and success metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Simplify complex technical ideas for clear understanding by clients and the team.
  • Lead project management of the no-code project (SaaS), overseeing platform development and support.
  • Contribute to the ongoing roadmap for the no-code platform.
  • Create and manage digital training resources, video tutorials, and support materials.
  • Translate logical planning into clear project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure top-notch quality assurance for all projects.
  • Maintain documentation for both internal and external projects.
  • Act as the main client contact for tech projects, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.
  • Utilize various tools effectively, including Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and more.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in CMS and Marketing Automation platforms like Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Manage projects within scope, timeline, and budgets.
  • Stay updated on digital development technologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Complete daily timesheets efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Producer or related role.
  • Recent involvement in an agency setting.
  • Experience with significant web builds, product creation, and custom applications.
  • Thorough technical documentation background.
  • Knowledge of agile or similar project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Teams, Confluence, and more.
  • Dev/technical background advantageous.
