The Role
As the Accountant for IPF Digital Australia, you will oversee the financial operations in the country. Your responsibilities will include accounting, regulatory reporting, cash management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchase invoice process from approval to payment and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and financial control regulations
  • Assist in preparing Company Annual Accounts and Tax Returns
  • Handle cost accounting, payment issuing, and bank account reconciliation
  • Process salary payments and tax calculations
  • Prepare monthly income statements and balance sheets
  • Report financial performance accurately and timely
  • Oversee local cash management and financial analysis
  • Collaborate on finance projects and provide planning support
  • Meet reporting deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and manage external audits
  • Handle cash reconciliation for customer payments

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA qualification
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in financial control, reporting, and banking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Audit process familiarity
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with Navision and payroll management
  • Knowledge of financial and tax regulations in Australia
  • Proactive work approach
  • Stakeholder management experience
