About the Position

We are an esteemed national $14B public offer industry fund concentrating on the education sector. The Head of Digital role entails spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at enhancing visibility, lead generation, and bringing the overarching digital roadmap to life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement NGS digital strategy and roadmap in alignment with customer experience strategy.
  • Lead the Digital team in the delivery of multiple digital projects from concept development to implementation.
  • Ensure high standards and governance of all digital aspects.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Experience Officer on the digital strategic roadmap.
  • Manage and mentor the Digital team focusing on innovation and improvement.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Handle Google tag manager for tag deployment and governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Finance, or Digital with technical knowledge in digital production.
  • Proven customer delivery experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing technologies.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Current knowledge of customer engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in managing relationships and building rapport.
  • Background in superannuation and online digital production.
