Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include -
  • Developing strategic marketing plans and executing tactical plans promptly
  • Defining target customer profiles, managing portfolios, and achieving sales goals
  • Coordinating promotional activities, managing advertising budgets, and ensuring regulatory adherence
  • Overseeing conference exhibit planning, logistics, and sponsorships within budget limits
  • Leading Sales & Operations Planning, supporting market analysis, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders while providing team leadership
To excel in this role, you need to have -
  • Demonstrated marketing experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in capital equipment, medical aesthetics, or cosmetics
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Strong strategic abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional engagement capabilities
