Our mission is to help people take control of their health by providing on-demand services that connect to high-quality providers in real-time. By ensuring everyone can access the precise services and support they need right now, we aim to make access to quality healthcare easier and faster than ever.

Role Overview

As the key driver of growth for Cared, you will play a vital role in building brand awareness, developing engaging content and driving Cared growth through effective marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be to develop campaign content that builds top of funnel engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, own and execute a high performing growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital and traditional) that are aligned withCared's mission, including lead gen from ideation to execution and analysis
  • Utilise data driven insights to constantly refine, redesign, and reimagine
  • Build a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels, including Cared website and materials.
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth & Operations, you'll also work closely with marketing colleagues across the group to bounce ideas

About you:

  • Hunger to own and execute
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Deep experience of managing performance marketing with an in depth understanding of key platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn
