With a footprint in place across Australia and a CEO who has invested in their professional infrastructure, coupled with funding in place, the platform is set for a Marketing leader to take this business to the next level.

In short this is an "all-in role" which will see you grab the reins of the marketing function and have the true desire to own every aspect of marketing / brand / sales operation and be comfortable working at a hands on and strategic level.

Your background and remit with include; Develop and execute clear strategic visions that encompass both brand-building and direct to consumer sales-driving initiatives Ideally come equipped with Financial Services exposure Foster brand partnerships that yield mutually beneficial outcomes, commercial partnership programs, and activations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your influence and relationship-building skills Lead the formulation of a 3-5-year strategic marketing plan aligned with our client's growth strategy Oversee the implementation of the 1-3-year marketing strategy and plan, leading your high performing team Map the customer experience journey and manage the customer lifecycle from consideration, acquisition, to loyalty and retention Manage agency and supplier relationships to ensure effective and efficient business outcomes A professional with extensive experience in marketing disciplines, including insights, brand and portfolio architecture, brand strategy, media planning, and digital platforms Demonstrated commercial acumen, budget management proficiency, and experience in both B2 B and B2 C environments A change agent motivated by delivering results and a track record of developing and coaching talent Proven expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building, with the ability to collaborate at all levels within the business and with agency partners with excellent communication skills You are a marketing professional who leads by example, is commercial and cultivates change and innovation.

You will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and execution of the marketing plans.

Highly analytical, you will analyse data to make informed decisions and recommendations and understand customer needs and wants through proactive insights and execution.

Degree qualified, you can generate and implement innovative strategies to increase market share and importantly you have experience in managing customer acquisition via digital channels.

In addition, you have experience managing a modern, digital centric marketing and sales funnel and the ability to deliver on time and on budget.
