The purpose of this role is to support our principal advisors and brokers; taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing business relationships with prospective and existing clients;
  • Collaboration with your colleagues in identifying opportunities and supporting prospective and existing clients across all phases of the client lifecycle – from the initial due diligence phase to broker appointment and placement of the corporate insurance program;
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners;
  • Identify and describe insurable risks and opportunities, designing appropriate insurance solutions and risk management strategies, and negotiating appropriate risk transfer into the global insurance market;
  • Managing systems underpinned by AI, client relationship management systems, and supporting the team's business plan; and
  • Researching target sectors to support the building of a long term pipeline to generate new business growth.
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to corporate insurance accounts plus:

  • An organised and efficient mindset, able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong account management experience gained within corporate broking;
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification;
  • Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft products (principally Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook), and pro-active approach to learn specific new programs;
  • Proven experience in document preparation with high attention to detail;
  • Pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills; and
  • Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
