Organisational change manager for delivery of a range of enabling IT projects in the Department.

The Organisational Change Manager, reporting to the Senior Program Director, is required to oversee and deliver program change and communication activities for the Department's IT Strategy Implementation Program to maintain stakeholder confidence and assist adoption of new technical capabilities in the organisation. The position is both strategic and operational and it will partner closely with the program team to integrate effective change management strategies into all project plans for the program.

The position requires experience in delivering change and/or adoption processes within project environments in government organisations with the ability to align change delivery to strategic priorities, working within organisational constraints to deliver a pragmatic approach to change. It will require well-developed knowledge and understanding of the process of change at organisational, team and individual level to effectively guide the organisation through a change process that is adopted by people.

Applications will remain current for 12 months.
