The Service


KU James Cahill Preschool is one of our extended hours preschools, operating Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm throughout the year.

Close to public transport, KU James Cahill is
located in Waterloo and caters for toddler and preschool aged children.

The Role


On offer is a permanent part time position working 2 days per week (day negotiable), 6 hours per day (12 hours per week).

You will provide a range of administrative services vital to the efficient operations of the service.

In particular, you will be administering accounts payable, accounts receivable, fee processing and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families.


_Knowledge of Storypark Manage is highly desirable but not essential. _

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Have experience in systems administration
  • Have proven financial experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Have relationshipbased communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team focused environment
  • Be able to work independently

_The successful applicant will have or being willing to obtain a current NSW Employee Working with Children Check _
