Due to significant growth in the company, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Strata Manager to jump on board with this dynamic organization.

With a tight-knit, and friendly team, this is a chance for you to work close to home and support some of the most respected Strata Managers in the industry.

The Role:
This is a fast-paced role that will see you utilizing your administration, organization and time management skills daily. As the backbone to a high-performing team, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:
  • Oversee a small portfolio of schemes
  • Assist others with their portfolios while managing your own
  • Chair and lead meetings
  • Prepare agendas and minutes, and attend owners' corporation meetings
  • Address and resolve issues raised by the owner's corporation to improve community living
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to manage large-scale defect claims, remedial works, and legal matters
The Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced individual ready for a long-term career Facing new challenges daily, you will be well-spoken, well-presented, and confident. You will have:
  • Previous experience working in the Strata Industry
  • The ability to work as Part of a Team
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Valid Strata Certificate
  • Ability to Multi-Task & Be Highly Organised
