Our client:

Our client is a family owned and well-established property group.

Operating across multiple brands, they provide full-service strata management services and have created a leading name across Melbourne and Sydney.

Reporting into a high energy General Manager who has a passion for Strata Management and believes in supporting the staff through ongoing training, assistants and a balanced work load this is a role for a Strata Manager who wants Strata as a career with a great team, around them.

With a sound reputation in the Strata Industry this role will offer you stability, security and a long term career path in Strata and in this office.


The role:

A Strata Managers role working with an assistant on a portfolio of approx 30 buildings, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of the portfolio
  • Oversee and manage an Assistant
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
  • Providing advice based on current legislation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing maintenance and projects
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Contract management
  • Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes

About you:

_minimum - 2 years experience_ in an Assistant Strata Manager or Strata Management role with proven capabilities in time management, dispute resolution and relationship building. You will be ready to hit the ground running in your portfolio.

  • Strong background in Strata Management
  • Ideally knowledge of BMC & CA
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • Current Strata Certificate/License
