Our client is an established property group.

Operating across multiple states, they provide full-service strata management services and have a strong market share across Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

Our client takes the complex requirements of strata management and transforms the process into a committed, transparent and efficient service for their clients.

With a highly respected brand, they have maintained a strong reputation through the high-level management of their portfolios.
They are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to look after a portfolio in the ACT working remotely.

You will be required to travel to the ACT monthly for meetings and will have the flexibility to structure these the way you see fit.


_As a Strata Manager you will be responsible for:_

  • Managing a strata portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
  • Providing advice based on current legislation
  • Dispute resolution
  • Managing maintenance and projects
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Contract management
  • Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes
To be successful in this role, you must have 2-3 years prior Strata Management experience. You must have the proven ability to handle disputes and meet strict deadlines in a timely manner. Furthermore you must be willing to travel to Canberra at least once per month for meetings.
