This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Strata professional to take on their new challenge with our client located in either Sydney's South or Northern Beaches.

Our client provides a service of excellence within the Strata community and understand the importance of clear communication and sound advice, whilst thoroughly enjoying what they do within the Strata Industry nationally.

Our client is looking for an experienced Strata professional to take on a tidy portfolio or an experienced Strata assistant looking to step up and take on a portfolio of their own whilst being mentored by the General Manager.


The Role:

Monday - Friday, this is a team of highly trained, efficient, and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward-thinking and looking to expand their knowledge

  • Liaising with Strata Committees as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
  • Convene and conduct meetings
  • Periodic inspections
  • Previous Experience in Strata Management
  • The ability to answer technical/strata management questions
  • The ability to work towards goals
  • Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
  • Maturity, strong communication skills, and a team player
