MAYDAY Recruitment are exciting to be partnering with a diversified property services company providing a range of strata management and real estate services in Australia.

As the Strata Manager you will be responisble for managing a portfolio of buildings, ensuring to facilitate the continued growth and form part of the team that is at the heart of the client-facing service delivery.

The role:

  • Manage a portfolio of buildings
  • Must have a strong understanding of strata regulations, bylaws, and processes - ensuring you are always on top of the latest trends
  • Ensure prompt follow uo and resolution of inquiries
  • Provide superior service and informed advice to your clients
  • Act in a true relationship management capacity to ensure a high level of service at all times and ensuring retention of clients
  • Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assisting with the management of junior staff members

The ideal candidate

  • 3 + years of experience as a Strata Manager
  • Class 2 licence in Strata Management is essential
  • Proven understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to Strata Management
  • Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
  • Superior communication skills
  • Enjoy building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients
  • A valid Australian drivers licence and daily access to a registered vehicle
