What you will be doing:

In this position, you will ensure JMO timesheets, overtime and call back claims are accurately reflected in Health Roster. This will also include checking all leave requests have sufficient supportive documentation if required and are appropriately authorised. You will manage the process for the creation of new employee in Health Roster as required.

The role will liaise with departments to obtain rosters, consider and assist the JMO Scheduling Coordinator to develop strategies to improve rostering practices and the accuracy of data entry of rostered and unrostered overtime.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  • Demonstrated successful customer focus with the ability to build and maintain rapport with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to interact professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated level of competence and experience in the use of Stafflink and Health Roster or Romulus
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret information and advice and use discretion to identify when to escalate matters
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to successfully prioritise and organise daily work routine
  • High level analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to research information to resolve or escalate matters as they arise
