Accounts Receivable Officer

Five Days a week
9am to 5pm
About you:
- 3 years experience in similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite skills
- Knowledge of Simpro software would be a bonus
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
About the role:
- Maintain Accounts Receivable customer files and records, follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Monitor customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and other
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review accounts receivables aged trial balance to ensure compliance
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
Salary:
$ $33.00 per hour
