Accounts Officer - Accounts Payable & Receivable Role

Job Summary

Temporary role - 4 months
- 2 full days or 3-4 days school hours
- Office Based | Parramatta Surround

About the Role

Working closely with the Accountant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Process all credit card and staff expenses
  • Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
  • Assist with month-end closure and reporting
  • Assist the finance team with ongoing projects and administrative support
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
  • Previous background in a similar position with exposure in AP & AR
  • Experience working in a full function/end to end capacity ideal
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
