Join the Tibaldi team as a full-time, National Account Manager (Aldi) based in Clayton, Victoria.

The product range includes traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, smallgoods, fresh meat, and Outdoor Bred pork.

Your Story

As a National Account Manager (Aldi) at Tibaldi, you'll be part of the Sales & Marketing team in Clayton, Victoria, reporting to the Head of Retail. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing and managing sales budgets to enhance revenue growth and profitability.
  • Improving forecast accuracy to optimize inventory management and meet customer demand efficiently.
  • Monitoring Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) metrics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Driving sales target achievement and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Supervising product distribution strategies for maximum market penetration.
  • Leading the annual budgeting process for the Aldi account to align with organizational goals.

The role necessitates expertise in:

  • Grocery account management experience (Aldi preferred).
  • Sales data and analytics comprehension.
  • Collaborative work experience in a team environment focusing on the broader picture.
  • Range planning, strategic category development, and promotional plan creation (preferably JBP planning with Aldi, Coles, or WW).
  • Strong networking abilities, a positive mindset, and dedication to goal attainment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you'll:

  • Be an adaptable, innovative team player, willing to thrive in a dynamic environment with strong communication skills and good judgment in conflicting priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from Operations, Production, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, Marketing, and HR.
  • Engage with individuals across all levels, from entry positions to the CEO.
