To support our continuing growth, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Senior Account Manager with a HVAC background, to join our Commercial Service team based in Clayton.

In this new role you'll be responsible for managing contracts across a range of diverse clients, ensuring consistent and high quality service delivery.


You responsibilities will include:

Developing commercial strategies to achieve agreed targets; Managing contracts, negotiations, preparing tenders, expressions of interest, contract departures and implementing service contracts; Monitoring service, managing dispute resolutions and coordinating contract variations; Managing risks & issues, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented and delivered; Providing commercial reporting and regular client reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and delivery expectations; Developing productive working relationships with clients and key contacts; Generating positive commercial outcomes by using your strong negotiation and influencing skills.


About You:

We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, with a "can do" attitude who act with integrity and can work within a collaborative team environment.


To succeed in this role you'll have:
