An exciting opportunity has become available for a strong Administrator to join an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Team, providing administration support to HR and the broader Hospital.

As the first point of contact for the HR team, you will provide comprehensive customer focused service to internal and external customers, along with the following key responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate reporting on various HR and employment related functions
  • Coordinate general orientation and onboarding tasks for new employees
  • Undertake administration functions as required

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a clerical position
  • Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Proven time management and organisation skills, with the ability to priorities and meet competing deadlines
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience within a health care setting
  • Previous experience using electronic HR systems
