As we embark on an exciting phase of organisational growth and transformation, we are now seeking an experienced HCM Process Improvement Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

About the role:


Reporting directly to the HCM People & Culture Project Lead - you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing the People and Culture (P&C) processes and systems within the business.

You will collaborate with various P&C teams and to identify and implement improvements, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of P&C functions based on the HCM system changes.


A key focus of this role will be your ability to identify pain points, gather feedback and propose improvements to streamline interactions, reduce administrative burdens and increase employee satisfaction.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work in partnership with the HCM project to ensure that project activities, artefacts and processes transition into BAU activities
  • Establish and maintain a central repository of P&C process documentation and standard operating procedures and share this knowledge among P&C team members to enhance consistency and efficiency


You will also provide key insights into the latest project business practices, technologies and company processes and provide hands-on platform support of SuccessFactors modules within SAP, as we support a culture of continuous improvement.


About you:


Professional qualifications will be complemented by exceptional personal drive, a high of personal resilience, personal integrity and commitment to deliver.

You will demonstrate previous HRIS system implementation experience (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

You are open to taking a proactive approach to workload planning, problem solving and stakeholder engagement, with an ability to ensure you and your teams actions translate into delivery.


Naturally you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent understanding of business process mapping, gathering of business, functional and technical requirements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Demonstrated experience in effective implementation of change across a complex organisation
  • A proactive approach to workload planning, problem solving and stakeholder engagement
