a

Marketing Improvement & Integration Specialist


in our Customer Marketing and Communications team, you will support the operational excellence and performance of the Customer Marketing & Communications business unit.


In this 12-month fixed term role, you can expect to investigate, analyse, recommend and work with Leaders and project teams to plan and implement integration activities.

The role will be responsible for guiding and supporting the Business Unit Leadership team with business and operational planning, integration and process improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring and reporting.

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Degree qualification in Business or related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in delivering performance and support functions.

Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning frameworks and portfolio planning.

Highly developed commercial and business acumen skills demonstrated through achievement of outcomes which meet customer, regulatory and business objectives.

Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing teams to successfully achieve organisation objectives and deal with change.

Proven ability to take a strategic view and align initiatives with that view.

Understanding of end-to end process design.

Highly developed analytical and organizational mindset together in building and implementing new processes and procedures as required.

Outcome focused, results orientated with commitment to high quality activities on time and within budget.

Ability to manage a diverse range of competing priorities taking into account short and long-term organisational needs.
