About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Human Resources Manager to lead and collaborate with Stakeholders and HRIS Platform Providers, essential to the implementation of Bolton Clarkes new HRIS roll out.

As the Process Lead, you will play a crucial role in design and delivery of the HR Information System (HRIS) at Bolton Clarke and provide oversight for the implementation across agreed workstream/s.


Key activities:

  • Contribute to the functional configuration and build of the proposed selected HRIS.
  • Provide leadership and coordinate project activities in the designated workstream(s) for the HRIS implementation program (in at least one of the following areas: Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Remuneration, Talent and Performance, Learning, and/or Reporting).
  • Provide advice to project and leaders about design of and improvements to business technology and processes.
  • Undertake current and future state process analysis to identify gaps, risks, and drive opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, track and document business and functional requirements /specifications, accurately reflecting the needs, constraints, and dependencies of proposed processes.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • Proven project experience in a similar role, with expertise on HR system implementations and functional domain expertise. Familiarity with tier one HR Information Systems is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in successfully developing and delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to all levels of staff within an organisation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present datadriven insights, with an ability to engage and influence both business and technical people.
  • Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (Project Management or Human Resources) or significant experience deemed the equivalent.
