What You Will Achieve Here...

The Document Specialist will operate within the Quality Assurance (QA) Department, focusing on inputting and revising intricate information sourced internally and externally. The QA Department concentrates on drafting letters, data entry, and translations for certification reports.

This role is based at our Adelaide Office situated in St Marys.

The primary duties for this position include:

  • Write/review recommendation reports
  • Prepare compliance packages for submission to regulators
  • Review technical engineering documents and confirm necessary annotations
  • Retain awareness of specific requisites for each submission and jurisdiction
  • Maintain records of GLI's quality and internal mistakes
  • Preserve company policies and procedure manuals
  • Adhere to GLI's Quality Management System
  • Data and Database management
  • General administrative tasks

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Precision, keen attention to detail, and technical proficiency
  • Self-motivation and the capability to work with minimal oversight
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage a high workload efficiently
  • Sound analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Capability to conduct thorough research
  • Proficiency in writing with accurate spelling and grammar
  • Advanced writing and editing skills using Word and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team player mentality
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or equivalent role
